5.5 Embedded content from other websites
Articles on our website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

6. Analytics
6.1 We use Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our website. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.
6.2 You can opt-out of having your activity on the website made available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for your web browser. The Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on provides visitors with the ability to prevent their data from being collected and used by Google Analytics. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. 7. Shopify
7.1 Use of Data by Shopify
(a) The Tankersley Estate store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify is a third-party provider and is not affiliated with us. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
(b) Your data is stored with Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the Shopify applications. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
7.2 Payment with Shopify Pay:
(a) Direct payments on the Tankersley Estate store is processed through Shopify Pay and your credit card data is processed by Shopify Pay. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only if is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. We nor Shopify hold your credit card details on any servers, database, and/or other recording mediums.
(b) All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
(c) PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and Shopify Pay.

8. Security and Storage
8.1 We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information that is collected. This includes:
(a) Regular staff education and reminders on their obligations with regards to your information.
(b) Only sharing your Personal Information with appropriate partners (see clause 3.2 of this Privacy Policy) that handle or store data securely.
(c) Deleting your Personal Information after we no longer need to keep it (see clause 8.2 of this Privacy Policy).
(d) Credit Card information will only be recorded and managed by PCI-DSS certified parties such as Shopify Pay.
8.2 We will keep your Personal Information only for as long as is reasonably necessary, having regard to the purpose of collection, and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

9.1 If you follow a link on our website to another site, the owner of that site will have its own privacy policy relating to your Personal Information. We are not responsible for the use of your Personal Information by these third parties.
10. Access to and Correction of Personal Information
