2014 Pinot Noir
2014 was another great Central Otago vintage with a warm summer and long dry autumn. This has given us a wine of great vibrancy and intensity.
Gentle handling has ensured finesse. 30% whole bunches were included in the fermentation. Maturation was for 1 year in French Oak. The wine shows the typical Central Otago hallmarks of red and dark fruit, intertwined with savory complexities.

This Rosé was created using the finest handpicked Pinot Noir grapes. These were gently whole bunch pressed and the resulting juice fermented slowly to retain flavour and finesse. The resulting Rosé shows cherry and bramble flavours supported by fine acidity and fruit richness. Best served chilled.
