Our Returns & Refunds Policy
RETURNS & REFUND POLICYIn the unfortunate event that products you have ordered are damaged in transit or missing from the delivery then under our terms and conditions you should notify us no later than three days after the receipt of products. Call us on 027 269 9691 or email email@example.com and refer to your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly. Usually this will be by way of sending you replacement products but due to item availability may sometimes involve product substitution (where you consent) or a refund.
After we have accepted your order, we are not obliged to accept returns of Goods except where you are a Consumer and you have a right to return defective Goods under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please note that under our terms and conditions you have no entitlement to return goods for a refund beyond the situations covered above. If we consent to the return of goods you will need to incur delivery charges to return the goods to us.
